  3. By being aligned, IT leadership is "in the know" of how your business is performing and evolving. Thet can adjust the roadmap and budget to match the needs and goals of your organization. 

Technology has value. And it can be leveraged to make your organization more successful. But you have to have the right IT leadership, in the right position to do so. Finding IT Leadership you can trust to produce results is the first step.
