We are proud to have Stephen Marlowe as a part of our team.

Stephen joined The IT Company seven months ago, beginning his position on the service desk and will be transitioning to a Project Services Team member. With 20 years of experience in IT, Stephen brings his expertise and knowledge to the team.

As he works to manage and tackle service tickets as they come in, Stephen has the opportunity to work directly with our customers. With each customer interaction, Stephen approaches the conversation with the intentions of taking the pain or frustration they are facing away. Stephen’s main priority is resolving the ticket at hand while showing empathy for the pain the is issue is causing. He works to solve the concern, answer any questions the customer may have and break things down in a way that anyone can understand- no matter what their technical background is.

In order to do so, “I am not satisfied until the customer is satisfied”- is always at the forefront of his mind.

Stephen’s favorite thing about working for The IT Company is the culture. From the customers, to the leadership, to the employees- the culture within The IT Company makes it an enjoyable atmosphere to work in. Stephen shared that when he first began working at The IT Company what stood out to him was how friendly and willing the entire team was.

Outside of work you can find Stephen outside. Whether hiking, camping or orcharding, Stephen loves enjoying his free time outdoors.
